Welcome! The cozy 2-bedroom cottage and 2-bedroom cabin were designed with families and relaxation in mind! The top floor consists of a master bedroom, master bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor deck that enables you to enjoy the wooded retreat. The bottom floor has another living area with a trundle bed, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and workstation and leads out to a patio that covers the full back of the house. All of this is packed into a wonderful retreat home. We fell in love with the lots that the houses sit on! We knew that I’d need to build small, relaxing and efficient houses on them so that my kids could come stay and we could be together. I live in the community and know how much it has to offer and enjoy the proximity to the Kansas City area.
